we are harvesting comfrey !

there is a lot around the place; we cut it and amass it in one area, spread it out and leave it to dry for a day

it will make yummy comfrey tea !

our menu for this year, things we would like to plant

the bliss when we dive deep into the seed storage boxes: to know we are looking at heaps and heaps of healthy yummy gorgeous edible plants, little miracle plants each seed is an amazing state of being

there is something creative in the way that people sit around one big table, right?
we are discussing recipes and use of medicinal plants and i’ll try and add those to the side of the blog here

the suggestion comes up to write down our adventures in a blog
